I do not do reviews but for this occasion, I feel one is due simply because Kim actually took the time to respond to my inquiry about a few properties and Kim took me and the MONEY BOSS around and we settled on one that we loved and Kim helped ensure we had the proper game plan in place to get our offer accepted. Kim is very smart when it comes to all details of the art of closing and as one who played sports, she seems like the coach who can take the 3rd stinger and make them a winner because her skills and knowledge helped keep us from making any mistakes and feel good especially in this crazy market right now. This is one of several homes that Kim Cervantes has assisted us in selling and/or purchasing. This sale could have been particularly difficult considering the home was placed on the market just about the time that the Corona Virus hit.
